A little dated and you need a Nectar card or can be quite expensive. Mainly self service or scan and go.

It's local to me so I shop there regularly. Staff are very friendly and helpful and parking is always good. Most things I can get there and fresh produce Fruit and veg,meat and fish is always in date. My criticism is the blueberry muffins use to be lovely and now the last few times I've bought them they're not as good,to doughy and wet I ended up throwing the last lot in the bin so they are off my list now. The milk can be hit and miss dates are short . Good offers on at times. Overhaul much better than Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons which are also local to me .

Just not quite big enough store to have all the options I'm used to, but way better than an express or small store at the same time. Parking is usually plentiful and the staff are usually very helpful and polite.

appalling customer service from this shop - ordered multiple times from deliveroo and never seem to have any of the items i have in yet when i actually go to the shop when i can they have every single item in stock. what’s the point offering an online delivery service if you can’t even use it properly? staff are obviously lazy as they can’t be bothered packing the order. no proper customer service number either, tried to call someone about cancelling my order but had to pay as i couldn’t get in contact with anyone from the shop to cancel it. waste of time and waste of a service

Sainsburys once a leading outlet, however with staff to a minimum and customer experience no longer important as staff at checkout have been diminished and often customers have to use automated checkout despite the volume of shopping. I now use Aldi which is properly staffed and customer experience is a high.Sad but probably another closure in the future unless Sainsburys put customers above profit.

I bought the Jerk chicken from the fridge section.It’s pre boiled, then you have to bake in the oven for 30 mins.Taste disgusting.Mashed up chicken. Nothing to do with Jerk at all

Very convenient little Sainsbury's Supermarket which stocks everything you need and more and is laid out well. Store is clean and tidy and so are the toilets.

Unfortunately Sainsbury's is one of the leaders in pushing us towards using self checkout. Only ever one checkout open, always with a big queue. Shopping there less and less.

this is a review of the security guards they employ there-i believe the security guards work for mitie security-----there is a security guard with a long white beard who 'works' there at red bank road--every time i go into the store he stares at me-every time---that is intimidation----i was looking at a product---he stopped walking then looked at me for 10 seconds-----i am not a thief----this idiot should be sacked by mitie--ive spoken with other customers about him---they told me his attitude stinks how he speaks to people-he speaks to people like they are dirt-------he had a go at a person who parked in childrens bay------he is a security guard---not a car park attendant----i spoke to manager of sainsburys about this---but the security guard attitude is the same-he keeps staring at me see ms lamberts review below about the security guard and the other reviews of him-he should be sacked
