Mirrorworld

We recently bought our new home and where looking for two large mirrors for our home gym.Their sales staff where very helpful and answered are many questions that seemed to just grow. LolDelivery was via their own transport. The driver was very friendly and rang us an hour before delivery which was great as we worked locally to our home and so didn't need to take much time to receive delivery.Loved our mirrors and the service was very good so would definitely use them again in the future should we need one.

A superb job framing two pictures, they look fabulous. Also helped me sort out a problem hanging another. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Dreadful company, ordered a mirror a month ago, took seconds to take my money, then nothing! I contacted them to be told there had been an issue and my mirror would be sent ASAP, nothing! I contacted them again yes it has been despatched BUT next day I got an email saying I hadn't paid the correct postage at the checkout and I owed them £40!! I cancelled the order and still haven't had a refund. Rip off merchants. They obviously doctor their reviews too, best this one won't see the light of day for long.

My wife and I wished to buy a decorative wall mirror and having discovered Mirrorworld on line we decided to visit their showroom in person.We were welcomed by Jane whom, with her colleague Gareth, went to considerable lengths to help us find a stock item that met our size requirements and taste.Two days later we are advised that our mirror has been quality checked, packed and will be delivered to us tomorrow.From first walking through the door the standard of service and quality of communication provider by Mirrorworld has been terrific. Very quick service and online chat was very helpful. Well packaged on delivery and pleased with the mirror. We did get some help from mirrorworld about how best to hang mirror which was useful and chose hooks on cables. It would have been helpful if Mirrorworld had checked with us about a suitable delivery date as I just had a mail saying its arriving tomorrow (!) but we could have called delivery service if problematic. Luckily I was at home anyway. Would use this company again.

I've ordered four bespoke mirrors recently and whilst the delivery took longer than was originally quoted the Mirrorworld team pulled out all of the stops to try to get the items out to me as soon as they possibly could. I'm very happy with the quality of the mirrors and will definitely buy from them again.

I have bought 2 bespoke framed mirrors from MirrorWorld in the last 4 years and just recently purchased another - the whole experience has been a pleasure! The website is easy to navigate, the products are of a very high quality and the customer service team ( especially Gareth Jones) are so customer oriented.Emails and phones are answered promptly and advice given is sound and reassuring. I would definitely suggest getting frame samples before deciding.I have recommended Mirrorworld to several people who have commented on how amazing our framed mirrors are!

Great service and love our mirror.We chose to visit the shop and chose our frame and size there with Gareth’s help.We ordered a 1.85m by 1m leaner with LC708 frame a little more expensive than our original budget when we started looking but it looks great in our bedroom.The mirror arrived today earlier than expected after a phone call from advising it would be delivered today.The driver was very helpful.
