Mike worked on a vintage watch for me, that had seen better days. Its now looking great and all the work was done at a fair price. I can thoroughly recommend using him.

Mike went above and beyond to sort me out with spare keys for my old German and Italian motorbikes. He researched and ordered the key blanks, cut the keys and the job wasn’t over until he made sure that they all worked.

Fantastic service had a quote from timpson s which was a unbelievable amount my watch replacement battery was done within the hour by a very knowledgeable young man who was very polite and helpful HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Absolutely shocking! I went in to get a replacement strap, what a mistake that was! Rudest guy ever. Wanted me to pay before I tried it on. Finally let me try it on, only to find the strap was too small. He said he didn't have any xl straps and to try the States 'coz they tend to be bigger over there'. P.S. The guy was twice the size of me!

An absolute legend! Having used the antiquated and frankly rude watch repair service of the local Timpson's taking almost 3 weeks to repair my watch I decided to take the same watch to watchandkeys with a broken minute hand.Not only did he repair the minute hand but replaced the battery, showed me photographs of the repair and internal mechanism and also showed that he had cleaned the internals. All of this was done in only 15 minutes.I was also with my disabled sister and he gave her the time of day to wave and smile which was lovely to see.If you need a watch repair or keys cut this is your man, don't go anywhere else!

Great service and value - two new watch batteries.Mike also cleaned and greased the watch buttons etc and set the time / date on both.Recommended!!
