Brand new EV. Breaks down within 6 months. Vauxhall Assistance, although came out, couldn't do anything as not trained for EVs!!!Garage itself NOT returning calls. VERY unhelpful. Left with an unusable vehicle (at this point in time) and Customer Service non existent.AVOID!EDIT :Eventually got sorted, we think. But apparently the car (EV's) dying" happens a lot which is worrying going forward.(An EV WASN'T my choice)Thanks to the staff that finally helped."

Let down yet again by another dealership, not only did they tell me that a SAFETY recall wasnt that important, There communication skills are appalling , not a single update on my car status, left me waiting all day not knowing when to pick up my car, then they closed not returning my car or contacting me to tell me to pick it up. The customer service is disgusting, avoid this place.No doubt there will be some generic come back here saying to contact them but they honestly do not care.

Picked up my Vauxhall Astra today and I am absolutely delighted with itIt was exactly how they had described it to beRaf did a great walk round video of the car and did a brilliant job from start to finish of my purchaseWould 100% recommend you visit them

I've called two months ago to book my Vauxhall Mokka-e for a recall and other repairs and they booked me in Derby even if i live in Leicester and specifically said i want to bring my car at Loughborough. I had to wait one month for that booking and when the day came i received an email to check-in saying I've been booked in Derby. I called them to fix the issue and been told that i have to wait another month cause they don't have anything available sooner. So i did... waited another month and this time they booked me without courtesy car. Called them again and they told me, sorry but you have to wait another month to get a courtesy car.All this time i had to drive my car having serious issues with ABS breaking system, traction control and many others cause they can't make a stupid booking correctly.Worst and most incompetent people i had to deal with EVER!!!!

My experience with MR Rafal Kokoszka it was amazing the way he did explain himself to us he was great. I will recommend him to any one. He’s a nice gentleman to work with. I wish him all the best in the future.

Took my vehicle in for a service today and while Richard kept me well informed on what was going on with my car they actually did not valet the car as mentioned in the service. They only hoovered the front mats and the back of the car nor anywhere else was hoovered. Disappointed to see a business this size cutting corners

This dealer has had my van for coming on 5 months.As it was under warranty, they assured me they had requested a new engine, and led me to believe Peugeot were the ones holding the job up. But having spoken to Peugeot UK we found out this is untrue.They have shoved my van in a corner and hoped the problem would go away. There was a delay in that 5 months while sourcing who did the servicing. But again after providing this, the service manager took 5 weeks to send the history into Peugeot, according to them. This was only due to the complaint we raised with Peugeot UK.i was also made aware that i couldn't have the van back as time had been spent on it, so either myself or Peugeot needed to foot the bill. Only they hadnt even asked Peugeot to rectify the van. so this meant i cant even take it somewhere else.5 months without my van, or offer of a loan vehicle. if you have a vehicle under warranty, do not book in here. travel if you need to.The reality is they have 3 or 4 different manufacturer names above the door and all sharing the same handful of ramps. Therefore the quick jobs get priority and the bigger jobs get put to one side in the hope it miraculously disappears.Also Peugeot UK have instructed the dealer to contact us with an update twice. This they have also ignored.**** Update ****now at 9 months and still dont have the van back. we were informed the previous service manager was removed from the company. But it appears the new one also doesnt supply any updates.Beginning to genuinely think Peugeot Loughborough plan on keeping the van indefinitely. another 3 months and we hit the one year anniversary of it going in for a warranty claim.It will be interesting to here what the motoring press think to this when we contact them this week.
