I used Steer Leicester after someone hit my car door. Honestly in my opinion, a business that sets the standard for the rest. Right from the start things were simple and easy. Submitting photos of the damage to the vehicle, super easy and streamlined. Contact from the garage to arrange drop off date and courtesy car pickup was effortless. Dropping my car off I was greeted by Evana and Zoe at the front desk and they were amazing! Really lovely and helpful and made everything so easy. The courtesy car I was given was amazing, in great condition and kept immaculate.Throughout the process of my car being fixed, there was always great communication of the status of the repairs and if there were to be any delays. Once I picked my car up it looked amazing, the work on the car was top class! From the two ladies at the desk to the work being done in the garage I can not find a fault in any of it. Highly recommend.

Thanks to the whole team at Steer Leicester where I had such a great experience with my car repairs. They kept me up to date with how my car was progressing and went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless for handover. Superb service from Evana regarding my car repair arrangements. She is a real asset to Steer, friendly, professional and polite. Evana's genuine warmth comes across on the phone and she listened patiently my many questions. Lots of empathy too when she thought I was upset about my car accident. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional car painting services provided by Steer Leicester, and I must say that my overall experience was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, the team, especially Evana and Zoe, displayed a remarkable level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail.The finished result was nothing short of spectacular. The colour was beautifully applied, with an even tone and a deep, glossy finish that brought my car back to life. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the seamless blending of colours to the smoothness of the final coat. I couldn't be happier with the outcome; it felt like I was driving a brand-new vehicle.

My car was sent to garage for repair after an accident, through my insurance 10 weeks ago. The initial contact was quick and my car was collected within two days. However, that’s where the positive experience stops. There have been many delays and a huge lack of communication from the garage. I am now 4/5 weeks over the initial completion date given to me and they've failed to deliver deadlines on 6 separate occasions (as of today), with a new excuse each time. Will I ever see my car again?!?!? Expect to chase the garage and experience lots of inconsistencies concerning the status of your car, with very defensive responses to questions. Overall poor customer service experience.Edit: following my initial review above, the site manager made contact regarding the issues I encountered. Following our conversation there were a couple of issues outstanding, which Tony and the team have helped resolve. This second experience was much better, with much better communication and quick responses concerning the car. The car drives as before the accident and I’m happy with work completed. This experience has taken a 1 star review to 4 star ⭐️

Thank you for your service and giving me a courtesy car, pretty much as soon as you had my car. Recently picked my car up after its been repaired, after being stolen..seems ok...deadlines were given and then changed but I was contacted with an update. The guys in the garage were friendly and the ladies in reception. My only moan would be that I would have liked a print out of what work was actually done, but other than that happy with the service I received. Thank you

Zoe and Ivana were a fantastic help! I came in looking for advice/help on the repair of my vehicle and my car came out fixed and looking brand new. They were so quick to assist and help out! Absolutely brilliant service and I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again !

I used steer after being hir by another car. Admiral insurance had steer contact me and they were a pleasure to deal with, adapting and accommodating due to me being a wheelchair user in any way they could to make my life easier. From the chap who initially assessed my car through the ladies in the office to the staff who actually repaired my car, everyone has been polite, professional and gone above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. Now the most important bit, the work done to my car. It is perfect, panel fit and paint finish is better than factory and the car came back showroom fresh. Very impressed to say the least and a big thank you for coming in at the weekend to hand the car over as it meant I had my independence back. Thanks again, an awesome job
