Haven Veterinary Group, Hedon

We use Haven vets, they looked after our border collie after she suffered several seizures but unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep, Georgie, Laura and Tracey at Hedon went above and beyond at this difficult time. Big thank you to you!

I am extremely happy with the treatment and attention my little dog received on her visit to Haven recently. Haven is not my usual vet but I contacted them for a second opinion regarding my dog. The vet was very kind and her attitude towards my dog and myself was amazing. She explained everything and gave me options and it felt like we decided together a forward plan. The vet was kind, caring and gentle with my little dog. Very very happy and I will now be registering my other animals with Haven and using them in the future.

We've taken our pets to Haven Vets for 20yrs ++. All the staff have been polite helpful and understanding. Even at a sad parting of a pet the staff have showed us empathy of that loss. Thank you for being there for our loved pets.

Staff always very helpful and polite. Very efficient appointment system and easy to get an appointment.Vets are always thorough and will happily take time to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Had my very scared and anxious dog in to be spayed this week. The staff were really patient and friendly with her. They explained everything to me and gave great after care advice and leaflets. Very knowledgeable and the reception staff are always lovely.

Had to have my precious Alsation put to sleep in May. After a long illness, and being robbed by the neighbouring competition, I was recommended by a colleague to try Haven. They were amazing and much fairer with pricing. Lovely staff, very accomodating and showed great care for both me and my poorly dog. I would definitely recommend.

My cat is my best and only friend really and as an 88 year old male I was very nervous she is rather old. The atmosphere in the Vets Waiting Room was. Nothing was too much trouble. I am grateful to all those who attended to me. Since she came home which shows her appreciation of her treatment. This shows mine.
