This shop has all what you need, and staff are very helpful & respectful

Twice the food has arrived cold just about edible. Twice have not received free garlic bread. Had a good first experience but will not be ordering from here again

Ordered at 7.30 pm called the shop told it would take 20 mins.Called shop at 8.30 told it's on the way will be there in 5 minsCalled at 8.55 told in a very rude and abrupt tone your food is on the way he is arriving in 20 mins". I told the guy you said that 40 mins ago.9 pm called again to see what's happining and asked to cancel the order the guy says " NO NO NO He is near your house 5 mins " I told him you keep saying that and he just ignores me and says " please wait he will be there "9.55 I Call and say don't bother I have been waiting since 7.30 and you keep lying about the delivery time just cancelled the order. To which the taka way guy replies " why he will be there" no I said forget it10.55: guess who is at the door the dilivery man or should I say 7 year old child who kept pushing the food in my face and I told him no too late I cancelled it 1 hour ago. The driver shouts from the car "Take take your food" I was like it's 10.55 too late everyone is a sleep. UTTER JOKE"

Staff have always been friendly, keep a clean environment and do their job exceptionally well!

Avoid at all costs especially young girls on your own. Awful man reduced my friend to tears being so rude and unhelpful whilst all the other men in the shop stared at her. Disgusting

The guy who works here is super nice and friendly! I need change for laundry and he is always willing to give me coins instead of notes. It's my local shop I've been many times and never had a bad experience.

Good selection of food and snacks, cashiers have been very friendly with me. Very much recommended if you live nearby and need something quick

The guy who served me was extremely ignorant and quite frankly just a bit of a freak

Went into the shop today and did not see one person wearing a face mask including the two members of staff behind the counter. I pointed out the lack of face coverings by customers and one of the guys made a lame excuse.I asked him where his face mask was and he said he had asthma. I suggested he try a face shield to protect his health.This is a a good local shop I have used many times but if they don’t take covid seriously I am not taking the risk of shopping here again.

World class kebab's but shocking service. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Routinely my order is forgotten about, or used for another customer! Staff regularly in-fight, and there's not a clear leader managing service. The prices advertised inside are not correct (they go off the takeaway flyer), and even if they were you get the incorrect change because they don't know correct maths or the prices of their products. If your prepared to wait and pay more than advertised, its brilliant. However if you are not, go to one of their competitors either 'Friends' or 'The Nile' on Smithdown Road.
