Mike Sheppard the managing director is rude and arrogant to say the least.Everything is a problem for him, unwilling to help, falsely advertises products and services, place an order for one thing, and he sends whatever suits him ie: old stock, anything he wants to get rid of, so if you buy from this company, please be prepared to be extremely disappointed.

Mike the managing director is really helpful, I always end up giving him complicated orders and he always get them right and always tries his best. I've been using them for ages now and will continue to do so. Very reasonable prices too.
