DHL Parcel UK Depot

They don't knock, they don't ring the doorbell, they just stick a flyer through the door saying no one was in. Every time.

Staff where friendly. Unfortunately drivers need better training as they seemed unable to deliver my parcel on 3 separate days. After several calls to customer care. I managed to get them to hold on to the parcel so I could pick it up myself. I was told the reason was they where using agency drivers to cover holidays. No other company has issues delivering to my address.

Prompt emails but when I agreed to collect from the depot on one day, I received an email saying that they were delivering the next day. So another phone call to resolve the issue. When collected I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I collected my package as expected so it all worked out well in the end.

Having four large parcels to collect the Saturday before Christmas I read the reviews and, in view of the many one (or zero) star reviews, went prepared for the worst. In the event it was an entirely pleasant experience. There was ample parking. I had to buzz to gain admission - very properly. I was let in quickly and a young man took my card and disappeared. I was the only customer and sat down in a comfy chair. It is a large building and I was not surprised that it was about ten minutes before he returned pushing a trolley with my parcels. He offered to wheel it to my car and loaded the parcels into it. (I have a very large boot but they took some fitting-in.) Both the man who served me and the only other employee I encountered smiled at me and were generally pleasant.Those submitting poor or bad reviews must have been unfortunate - or is it that the few who have a bad experience write reviews but the majority who are treated well don't bother? (I think this is the first Google review I have written.)

NO HUMAN contact person. No delivery on the promised day and no way to follow up barring the mechanical voice! Absolutely NO service. If there was choice for minus star rating I would have picked one of them!

Absolutely hate this company. Delivery drivers are lazy. we were in and he didn't even knock the door but gently stuffed a card with no details on in the letter box and sped off a neighbour said. When he went to the door he didn't even have the parcel in his hand so something is amis with these drivers and delivering parcels.

Would give minus stars if I could, absolutely shocking service, no way of contacting to speak to a human. They give a delivery day and don't turn up, no updates given after that, then have to chase which is an impossible task. Turns out they have no idea where my parcel is and only managed to find this out by calling the company i ordered from. Terrible.

I used DHL service to get my two boxes from one town to other in UK. The commitment from DHL was they will deliver in a day and now it has been 10 days and I did not get my box. Iam calling to the customer care number given and it is going to voice mail and the message I receive was parcel is delivered.But in actual I did not receive my parcel. Can any one guide me or help me how to solve my problem. Not sure how to move now.

OMG the annoyance of having to pick up a parcel that wasn't delivered was totally nullified by the amazing, friendly, helpful staff!
