Matt came over to close the pool down for winter. I found him very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of issues with my pool and me being a novice, Matt took the time to explain the issues and possible solutions very clearly. When communicating with him he responded to my messages or questions extremely quickly. He was also good value for money. I will be using him again when I need to open the pool up in spring. I did engage with other pool companies prior to choosing Matt and from my experience with him, I’m glad I made that choice.

Matt is always super friendly and helpful, he really knows his stuff and nothing is too much bother for him. He's helped us out on numerous occasions and been on the other end of the phone to answer our many innate questions. He's a pleasure to have around, does a thorough job and is a genuinely lovely guy. Highly recommend him.

Since we moved into our house last August we've had Matt replace the old liner, fit a heat pump pool heating system, winterize the pool and open it in spring. He has always been prompt and the workmanship has been excellent. Matt is also very open and available to answer questions. We are very happy we found him to help us with our pool!

We called Matt out to have a look at our hot tub which was not heating the water. He worked in a timely, amiable and professional manner ordering and replacing the filter pump and we are very happy customers, would definitely recommend.

Matt was able to get our swimming pool, that had not been used for some 10 years, operational again. He gave helpful advice in advance of his visit and carried out the work professionally. In addition to servicing the filtration system, Matt was also provide a useful tutorial on both the filter system, testing the water and adding chorine, etc. Would have no hesitation recommending Matt.

I called unicorn pools and hot tubs to carry out a full service on my hot tub,after many attempts of maintaining it myself. They arrived on time with all the equipment necessary to carry out the work to a high standard. I was extremely happy with the job they did and I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars.
