Had a great stay in Room 7. Great location on a quiet road, with local amenities such as off licence, convenience store, cafes and pubs in the next road. An easy 20-30 minute walk to The Lanes and a friendly hosting team.

A really good experience for a romantic escape from the kids. Perfect location to explore Brighton's many restaurants, bars and shops.

A delightful bed and breakfast (with an option for breakfast in bed delivery!) with rooms that are each uniquely designed. Location was easy to get to and all the services you need and seaside are easily accessible. Hosts were accommodating.

Fantastic guest house. Location is perfect for Kemptown, the sea and walking into Brighton Centre.Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet and very good value for money. Funky decor makes the stay feel special and fun. Owners are friendly and super helpful.Great pubs, cafes and restaurants are a couple of minutes away.

Absolute joy of a place to stay - the customer service and general service received from all when staying here was wonderful. Tie that in with one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in and it is a definite winner for us.Thanks team for such a fantastic stay will definitely recommend to anyone looking to visiting Brighton!

I was excited to stay at snooze after seeing the pictures online and I have to say I was not disappointed. The place is beautifully kept and impressively clean. The decor is quirky and well thought out with interesting objects and art that will keep catching your eye. The owners are extremely friendly and super helpful, we were given plenty of advice, tips and suggestions for our first stay in Brighton. The location was ideal for the concord 2 venue.. just 5 minutes walk away and only about 20 mins to the lanes in the town centre. The street is appealing and very quiet through the evening.Honestly couldn't have been happier with out stay, it was a wonderful way to spend our anniversary, we will definitely be back.

The most interesting and surprising place I’ve stayed. I booked it for it’s location, didn’t expect anything much, and it is out of expectations! The room is super new and clean with care and love. Will recommend everyone who come to Brighton.

Fantastic hotel in the Kemptown area.We stayed in the orange room which had a brilliant 70s design, was super comfortable and perfectly clean. We spoke to Tony who was absolutely lovely and couldn't have done more to help us or make us feel more welcome.It's in a great spot, a short stroll from the seafront and a 10-15 minute walk from the busier town centre. There are loads of great places nearby to eat and drink.I honestly can't recommend it enough!
