Outstanding service Ruth was amazing she organised to perfection the most difficult day of my life - professional warm caring and efficient helping me give mum the send off I wanted. All the staff I spoke to from the first conversation with Francesca to being transferred to Emily were excellent at what they do - as was the gentleman who arrived with the hearse on the day of funeral (apologies I can’t recall his name ) I cannot thank you all enough I am forever grateful x RUTH you are a very special person xxx

Wouldn’t give any stars if I didn’t have to .Dealt with my granddads funeral last December , left him in the hospital morgue for 10 days for one:Didn’t make any details regarding a cremation then burying the ashes with my nan clear.Then there was extra charges put on top of everything .My mum was struggling immensely and they Made a bad time worse for her. I hate having to drive past the office up Tilehurst everyday knowing the disrespect they treated my grandad with.

Ruth and the whole team at A.B. Walker were excellent throughout - they were compassionate, responsive, helpful, and professional. Everything went exactly as we wanted and we were very happy that they were there for us at a difficult and stressful time. We would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to thank Ruth, Pam and the rest of the team from the Tilehurst branch for their excellent service. They took time keeping us informed of the whole process from beginning to end. We have sadly lost two family members this year my mother in lawearlier this year and last month my father. Thank you for everything

Ruth and her colleague are amazing after the treatment we got with the co-op. We walked in and told her what had happened. We asked if we could go with them. She was lovely put us at ease. Found where they had put our mum.And got all the things done what we had to do .We haven't had the funeral yet. But had to put this. As I am sure that everything will be perfect. I even gave her a hug we were so relieved what they had done for us.❤️

Ruth was amazing, really helpful, knowledgeable & did everything she could to ensure my husband's funeral was as perfect as it could be, from the design of the coffin, ensuring we had a fantastic celebrant, designing the order of service & organising the florist. She made the whole process stress free & treated the family sensitively. I cannot recommend A. B. Walkers highly enough.
