Broke my phone at night, cracked the screen, couldn't see what was on the screen, broke the front camera and face ID was not working. So I booked an appointment for the next day took it in, 40 minutes later phone was fixed and it better condition than when I first got it. Price was fair, Azhar was very friendly and worked fast and at good quality, could not be more happy with it.

Needed a new screen for my Google Pixel and was able to book an appointment easily for first thing in the morning. He fixed it quickly and was really friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Pixel 5 battery needed replacing and I didn't want to risk doing it myself. Paid £59 for battery and fitting and Gianluca in Nottingham got it sorted with no issues. Felt slightly odd going into a serviced office building to drop off the phone, but guess that's what allows them to keep their prices competitive.

I asked them to replace the battery in order to give my phone a longer life. When they handed me the phone back, the NFC had suddenly stopped working. The employee said he hadn't touched the NFC and that it would start working again soon, just needed to restart the phone a few times. This is nonsense and I should have persevered but he was adamant that he hadn't done anything and clearly just wanted me to leave. NFC did not start working again so I had to go back the next day and wait for a different employee to investigate it he said the NFC coil clearly hadn't been put back properly when the battery was replaced. It worked for a bit, but now I have intermittent problems with it - sometimes works and sometimes doesn't - most often doesn't. So rather than extend the life of the phone, it has most likely shortened it, and caused me great inconvenience!

Azhar was very professionally and friendly, I handed my phone in before my scheduled appointment and he had it finished for me by the time I arrived for the actual booking. He cleaned my phone and speakers free of charge, as well as giving me a discount on the tempered glass screen protector. Would definitely recommend his services.

Booked in for a screen repair this morning. The website accepted same day appointment. Had to wait around a bit but grabbed a coffee, all good.Got there 10minutes before appointment time and a lady in the next office (regus or something) told me that he had phoned in sick today. I mentioned I had a appointment but she said she didn't work with him so couldn't comment or assist further.Am a bit disappointed that the appointment was accepted with confirmation even though they had no staff actually able to do the work and waited around for nothing and no one I could talk to about it anywhere.

Booked day prior, and was all sorted in 45m, good as new. Professional tools in the office, and pristine finish on the job. Tucked into the Regus offices on 6th floor, past reception. If driving, avoid parking in the Castle" area

They assessed my phone and repaired it in the space of 45 minutes which was impressive considering they were changing two components to it. The phone's casing has also come together perfectly. Very professional service and will be using them again if I need further repairs.

I scheduled my appointment online, and it was smooth and simple from my perspective. Battery replacement didn't take long, and I was able to purchase a new glass protector at the same time. :) They even identified and fixed an issue with the top mic. A special shoutout to Azhar for excellent service and such a warm and welcoming demeanour. He is lovely, and is why I am writing this review. I'll be back when I need more repairs.

I went to a local repair store who have so far taken two weeks (and counting) to get the parts to repair my phone. iSmash had their hands on the parts within four days, and took less than two hours to repair my phone which so far works perfectly. The store is very nice and the repairman was incredibly friendly and honest. Do things right and use your phone's official repair partner.
