Great shop, looks small from the outside but massive inside, everything you need but if not friendly staff tell you where to go to get it.

If you can't find what you're looking for in here you're not likely to find it any where

This is a great local hardware shop. They have pretty much everything and their incredibly knowledgeable staff are always happy to help and advise.

Always have what I'm looking for. Helpful staff. Easy access.

I was in the store today and the three staff members behind the counter did not make me feel very welcome. In fact I felt very uncomfortable as none of them cracked a smile and offer any assistance. The female staff member behind the counter when I walked in the door looked at me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe. Very off putting. Will not be back in to the shop again to risk such a miserable welcome.

Always very helpful and friendly. Dogs are not only allowed in but a wee treat awaits. Usually I always get what I go in for which is great for being a small business.

GREAT OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED AT EACH VISIT..The entire staff in your Dunbar branch are wonderful, they cannot do enough to make your visit as pleasant as possible.They stock a wide selection of household essentials at competitive prices!If they are out of stock, they will try to source the item from one of their other stores. Whether you go in store or place an order by telephone, you are guaranteed the same high standard of service.On a personal level, l would like to, once again, thank the staff for taking such good care of me when I was taken ill a few weeks ago.They even went the extra mile ordered me a taxi, carried my shopping to the taxi.
