Great place. Safe and clean for kids. Plenty of adult seats and hot food. Unfortunately still water bottle ran out.

Wonderful soft play. Great equipment, lovely and clean, great food, and plenty of spaces for parents to sit. And a price that isn't a complete rip off either, both for entry and the food inside.

We celebrated my son's 6 year old birthday. I cannot express how happy I was with the team at u1r Canterbury... they went above and beyond my expectations. Extremely fair price.My only tip is to send them emails, don't phone. They respond to emails quickly.

We were devastated when this place closed! Very pleased to see it reopen.This is a very good sized soft play for children and adults. The football area is a favourite for my family. The toddler area is a decent size and mine loved it when they were very little.I alway judge a place on the food and coffee because no parent wants to pay for bad food or a terrible coffee. You’ll be pleased to hear that it’s good coffee and the food is not bad either.Loads of parking and it’s easy to find.

Brought my 11 and 9 year old boys here for the first time the other day - they had so much fun and have begged me each day to bring them back! They played for 2 hours and could have easily stayed longer - so much to do and they had so much fun! Thank you will definitely be back!

First time visit, nice range of activities and high scale framework with lots to keep kids active and happy.As with any soft play area, cleaning around the area needs focus and not all equipment was in working order, ball pool vacuum being apparent.Otherwise good value for money, where you can play for hours and you are not restricted to times.Food was good and service was friendly and interactive with children. A quiet weekday visit and my child enjoyed it!

unfortunately We didnt have an amazing exierence today. Me and my friend have taken our children here a few times and have never once been asked to pay for our babies under 6 months. Upon arrival we was told we are in the wrong and it shouldnt have happened except we have never been told this everytime we have visited. We was told they must be paid for if they will be coming in due to needing to be on the 'fire list' but we was also told that there was no spaces for them to come in but we was still allowed in once we paid. so that was extremely confusing. The toilets were not sanitary at all with toilet paper and wetness everywhere (slip hazard), there was also a part of the play centre that was broken (looks to be a mirror type thing that was sharp but the children were able to access it which is not safe at all. and when i ordered a coffee it took over half an hour for me to receive it. its so unfortunate because our children loved coming, but we will not be returning.

Spent 6 months living in Kent with my little girl. During this time, we went once a weekend. Facilities are amazing & so are the staff, my little girl got so much positive attention from all of them every single time.Best softplay we've been to, hands down.

I took my 6 year old who Attended a birthday party over the weekend and have been left very concerned for the safety of the site, staff and customers.I should highlight that there had been an incident requiring the attendance of paramedics on-site prior to our arrival so there maybe a knock on effect from this however grime a health and safety point of view I’m still seriously concerned.There appeared to be only 3 staff onsite throughout the 2 hours I was there also very clear all staff where flustered and struggling to deal with the number of people onsite as well as a large birthday party with no clear member of staff being in charge (I.e. manager)The biggest safety concern is for a large portion of the 2 hour visit there was no staff member manning the front desk leaving visitors having to climb over the 3 ft gate of the lobby to be able to exit and on one occasion i witnessed one person waiting to come in with 2 children after waiting for around 8-10 minutes decided to lift their children in to the main arena and climb over the gate themselves showing me that anyone would have been able to enter the main arena unchallenged and undetected meaning that the children on-sight could have been exposed to any number of risks.I can only hope this is not common practice and was simply a case of a bad day just getting worse but protecting the children and staff should be a core value of an establishment of this calibre and sadly was not the case on Sunday.
