The team at Bristol West Pack and Send were excellent at communicating and keeping us in the loop the whole time our piece of art was shipping from the UK to the middle of the US. Received it quickly and in perfect condition.

5 stars is not enough! I needed to ship some awkwardly shaped metal sound sculptures to Denmark. Ian and his team were brilliant to work with. The items were collected from my driveway to be packed into a sturdy crate - that arrived very quickly, in perfect condition for my arrival later in the month. It was returned in record timing with careful attention to detail and very clear communications and instructions for everyone involved. Everything went very smoothly with no delays - the whole process was absolutely stress free. I would not hesitate to highly recommend. Very reliable, trustworthy and (importantly) flexible to my changing needs and requests.
