St. Leonards Grocery
This marvelous family run store has delivered surprise boxes for two years. The quality is second to none ! The taste of summer with their lovely plums and berries, the fabulous local made juices , the ALWAYS friendly greetings. I know when they knock on the door I will see a box of Nature's Jewels..I cannot praise them enough !

Have lost my patience with this shop after years of going there now and again. It is just extortionate. They have litre bottles of Northiam Dairy milk for £1.80, when this item is £1.40 or less elsewhere in town. I know prices have been increasing generally recently, but I feel the prices here are out of proportion to that. The quality of their produce isn't so outstanding - they're just greedy. I won't be going back.

Disinterested staff. Hugely overpriced veg (at least 5 Xs the price of Marks) a day away from rot. Best to avoid. Sussex Fruits is far superior if you can get there.

Says its closed at 5 but went by at 4:30 and it was closed. No open times on the door.Deffo buy your veg from here rather than supermarket. Lasts way longer, hardly more expensive. Its all grown local! Not organic though, but one step at a time.

I really would like to support this independent shop, but I’ve never found them very friendly. Today was just walking by, not even going in & the owner snapped “we’re shut”. No, sorry we are shut, smile nothing. And I was not evenGoing to go in! just looking through the windows. I’ve tried so many times to buy from this shop but it’s not a happy place. Won’t ever go back. But maybe it’s just every time I go there they have had a bad day hence not friendly?

In a world of boring apples and underwhelming veg, St Leonard's Grocery holds the line with it's fantastic range of fruits and vegetables. Must eats are the Russets and Cox's Apples from Kent, the Kent potatoes are superb and the chiller cabinet with excellent dairy and good local cheese makes it a great local shop. Imported fruit is also good quality. Lovely people and first class produce.

Fantastic produce run by fantastic people. Not a place I’d recommend for quad biking but if it’s fruit and veg you’re after this is the place.
