Don't bother waste of time.They advertise car key cutting. They couldn't even do my 1999 k11 nissan micra spare key and I've tried to take my 2011 vauxhall corsa vxr down there before and they couldn't do it aswell.My 1999 micra key chip is apparently too hard for them to do.Before with the vxr They told us to come back in a week or so we came back still couldn't do it.Took it too someone else and they did it no issues at all.

Alas I have to mark down tried to get a car key cut 1st occasion there systems was down second phoned before going so did not have wasted journey they Said all good but then got there and issues with chip will not use again.

Very friendly and efficient service. Went in for a new watch battery. Popped into Tesco for five minutes to pick up something else and the watch was ready and waiting when I returned along with a guarantee card for the work carried out.I didn't take the woman's name unfortunately but she was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and efficient too.

Useless. I’ve wasted two lunch breaks coming to Timpsons in attempt to get my watch fixed. Each time no one’s there and the dry cleaning service man is locking up. He tells me the staff have gone to lunch and will be back at 2pm (the first time he told me he’d leave a note to the staff to stay to 1:15pm as I’d be returning the next day, but no one did). Update your business hours to be closed from 1-2pm if the business isn’t open then. If not you’re wasting your customers valuable time. Not that I’ll be returning here.

In these difficult times I would recommend anyone needing a Timpson branch to visit the Hartford Bridge site. Remote from Tesco store and the young lady is very helpful and fitted my key battery in seconds
