Fantastic service and experience by the team at Top Valley Vision Express in Tesco for my eye test. Very pleasant staff in a clean and well lit store. My appointment was on time and straight forward. The ophthalmologist Ayesha was amazing and really explained everything really well to me, she also showed the photos of my inner eye that they take, very interesting for me.Thank you *****

I found my experience at Top Valley was exceptional. The front line staff very welcoming. One of the assistants took the time to tightened and clean my current glasses. Obviously with rising cost of living they explained l could use the existing frames for my new prescription. There was no pressure selling after l had my eyes tested. The Optometrist was very professional and explained everything fully. Overall l was very pleased l booked my eye test with Vision Express. I will returning for them to order my new prescription. Thank you.

As a first time customer to the store, I've got to say the service and experience from start to end was first class. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was greeted by Steve who was friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable throughout my visit. The Optometrist, Swati, was amazing and attentive - both members of staff a real credit to the store and company. I would totally recommend this store to friends and family - thank you guys for a real positive experience!

This was my first experience at this particular Vision Express branch, and I was delighted by the friendly and extremely helpful service provided by the team. The atmosphere was exceptionally cordial & relaxed throughout the eye test and subsequent consultation - well done & thank you to all the staff.
