Order is over an hour late I can’t get hold of the restaurant Uber eats is as useful as a chocolate fire guard

Placed a order at half 8 on bigfoodie. For me to go check my order an hour after waiting for the place to be closed. No phonecall or email to say my order wasn't coming. Joke if you ask me.

Food was cold, onion rings were hard and full or oil. No flavour to the beef patty and rather expensive so was expecting greatness.

Ordered some food from here tonight.The delivery time was fine the food came on time,The issue was THE FOOD! I got a knock off chicken parmo more like frozen sfc chicken with a sprinkling of cheese on top. The chips were cold and tasted old. Onion rings could of been used for the ring toss game. Chewy, greasy and very hard. The burger looked impressive but was inedible, no taste other than burnt is all i can describe.I wouldnt advise anyone to eat from here or smokey joes (as these are the same company) very dissapointed very pricey and in the end NOT WORTH IT!.If you enjoy throwing money in the bin by all means order from these, otherwise id suggest you choose a different take away off west gate strip.

Fancy packaging, poor quality food! Expected a place called banging burger bros, to be banging! Burgers were cheap and nasty salty things, for the price would have rather got one from cheap takeaway down the road, they are much better and they specialise in currys not burgers! Avoid!
