Good bargains but if the staff are busy stocking shelves they won't stop when you approach the counter they'll finish what theyre doing first so there can be a long wait even in an empty shop. The staff themselves are generally friendly and keen to help so I assume they're just permanently understaffed

Excellent frozen shop in Newcastle, always seems to have in what we need in that line, also offers various other goods like bread etc all at very competitive prices, as I keep telling my wife if we need any frozen foods tell me" and I'll get them whilst I'm in town.As for the staff

IT looks like nobody cares, several times been this shop and it was absolutely stinks in there of sweety guy call i think Stephen, disgusting the whole shop stinks and this guy is serving people on the till?????

An Amazing little place to find affordable prices on major brand name foods and beverages .Most of the beverages are almost always available for purchase .However , as far as the food goes , I must suggest that if you see something that you know is a good price that you Can't refuse or pass up ,Buy it there and then .Because if you don't , youWill regret it like I did so many times .As for the frozen food that is in the Generic packaging goes , it's usually a big brand name .

The food are cheap and nice, but I can only give one star cuz some staffs are really rude, especially the old lady with white hair. Sometimes the staffs always talk with each other even the customers are waiting for checkout. The young guy and young staffs aw better.

Not good, have to wait for staff to come to the till. Prices are always dearer when you get to the till due to staff not altering prices on the shelves. Staff having conversations with each other while serving customers which is very rude.
