I have been a patient here for over 30 yearsyears I have always been treated with respect and have Never had any problems

They put me at ease from the very start have no complaints and would recommend to anyone that asked

Firstly your made welcome from the moment you go in to reception, to you getting your treatment, Mo has down work on my teeth now at least 3 times now, who I really like Mo makes you feel comfortable and very friendly, she explains what's happening and her assistant was well prepared I'm really happy with my treatment and can't wait till January till my next appointment, right through to February

Mo was excellent and really put me at ease .. I fear Dentists big time, but she really made my visit easy

Excellent Dental Practice. Been a patient for over 30 years. Although the staff have changed over the years the standards are always very high. Hygiene is a top priority and the place is spotless.

Attentive and thorough assessment and treatment, in a relaxed atmosphere. Dentist and dental nurse helped me stay relaxed throughout. New to this practice and very happy to have found it.

I'm giving just 1 star,because I can't give 0. A few days ago I called the practice to ask if my daughter (3 year old) is registered for a dentist. We were in another practice and they suppose to transfer all children under 16 automatically to Park Road Dental Practice. The receptionist said that my daughter is registered and there is no problem to book appointment for her. So I did it and waited 2 days, although it was a kind of emergency case. Unfortunately, when we went for our appointment today, they said that our appointment is cancelled and my daughter is not registered for the practice and they tried to called me but the phone number was wrong. However I have 2 or 3 letters from them, so I am 100% sure they have all of my details correct. And they make me to call 111 and to ask for another appointment in another practice, because the dentist can't see my daughter if I don't pay as a private patient. Absolutely unacceptable and the receptionist was so rude and make me feel really bad because of my daughter's situation. Luckily the emergency team reacted very quickly and helped me. But if you have a choice never go there. They will make everything to ruin your day.

Though my daughter is older, she isn't keen on dentists and wished me in with her. Our previous practice transferred here, without reasonable notice. Hygiene appeared poor but asides that, the dentist was very rough. My daughters gum is badly cut due to considerable pressure being put on a band put in place prior to a filling, even though she kept saying he was hurting her. Additionally, despite my daughter telling the dentist and dental nurse(who could not of been more disinterested) they were hurting her with the injection, it was continued. Her gum is quite literally black and blue. The dental nurse was poor, throwing items onto the worktop once used and the cleaning of equipment, done in front of me was literally a cats lick. Not a patch on our previous practice... when the long standing dentists were there
