The man in the Eastgate Timpsons has been a real star, he just couldnt have been more helpful, and what a superb job he did of repairing a pretty badly damaged pair of boots. I wish I had got his name, but he is dark haired and has a beard. What a craftsman cobbler he is. I will never go anywhere else for my shoe and boot repairs as long as he is there.

Really unhelpful. Clearly wasn't interested and spoke over me. If listened would have realised I wasn't looking fro remote locking carkey but a secondary manual key to tide me over till I had more time. Lousy service,
