It was great to have a physical store to visit and see the items I was purchasing face to face.I ended up buying from Currys online because of the delivery, but that was not until I visited the store and compared the different specifications of the item I was buying.The young lad to assisted us was very polite, helpful and sincere.

New Tumble dryer purchased from Currys Chippenham, a few little niggles with staff but great manager quickly sorted issue. Other than that, good experience.

yesterday i went into the shop wanting to buy a phone, nobody came to help me for 20 minutes, there was a worker just sitting there on the phone listening to hold music for all that time, when someone finally did come and tell him to help me he told me it was out of stock, I was fine with that because there was next day delivery"

Poor experience when buying a laptop. Product was fine, it was trying to sort out the remote set up that was the problem. No one has any knowledge about how this works and what is involved. No none is clear on how to book, how to cancel the appointment and that the memory stick - USB recovery media was not actually free, as I was told but part of what you pay for when paying for the set up. If I had continued with the remote set up I would of had to wait 10 days from purchase. More training definitely needed by all staff that I came into contact with on my couple of trips trying to sort this out.

Good to see products in real life, however the picture feed for the cheaper television is so poor it makes them look worse than they actually are. The staff are good but one chap was a bit of a car salesman and seemed pushy and inaccurate with his knowledge.

Website said item in stock, turns out not in stock and staff tell us not to trust their website. No stock of basic item in all wiltshire stores. Staff despondent. Anouther sale for Amozan I'm affraid
