Fantastic service from Mark. Was able to come out super quick and when he couldn’t get the part I needed locally, he ordered it and got it fitted the very next day. He kept me updated as to when he was coming and when my order had arrived etc and was really efficient. Thanks again Mark! :)

Excellent service, Mark was here superfast on a Sunday. Quoted us a fair price & had us in our home within the hour. Even with two stiff locks he made sure our spare keys still worked before he left. Would highly recommend.

Had an unfortunate incident on Monday night when our lock broke and we couldn't get in. Phoned REM and they arrived within half hour. I have to say Mark worked really hard to free the lock as it was no easy task. He eventually got us in. Mark went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. Mr and Mrs Martin

Mark attended on a Saturday morning at no extra charge, removed and replaced my broken front door locks (Double glazed doors). He came when he said he would, was quick, clean and great value for money. I would definitely use again and recommend his work to anyone looking for a locksmith and not wanting ‘ripped off’.
