Yoga with Claire

Claire is an excellent yoga teacher, I love her style of teaching and for every pose there is a level for each student to push themselves more or to stay at a place that they are comfortable with. Claire teaches at a few different venues throughout the week.Doing Claires class is helping me learn to relax more, to focus more and to ground and use my body better.
