I would like to say a massive thank you to Dools at Aurum piercing where I had 2 ear piercings. Dools was extremely professional, friendly and took time to ensure I had the best position for my piercing and the best choice of jewellery. The shop has a lovely relaxed atmosphere where you don’t feel rushed. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Definitely recommend. I get really anxious but Dools is so chilled and friendly that I calmed down really fast. She was so patient and helped me pick out the piercing I wanted and the jewellery. Everything was explained and she made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. Will absolutely be going back again and really happy I chose to go there for my piercing :).

I had a wonderful experience with Dools at Aurum Piercing. I hadn't quite decided what I wanted, but after going through the different jewellery together I decided on a conch piercing and I couldn't be happier with it. Dools talked me through the process and any nerves I had went away. I will definitely be back for more and will absolutely recommend to others.

Kelly has created just a calming atmosphere at Aurum. I’ve been pierced by Kelly a few times in the past, but most recently at her new studio in Derby. I had my third lobe piercings done here and the whole experience was amazing. I am already booked for my next appointment and can’t wait to add to my collection. Thank you Kelly!

Dools was fantastic from beginning to end - from being flexible with the appointment to the aftercare information. I felt welcome and was made to feel very comfortable during the appointment - the studio is well-equipped and hygienic, plus it has amazing decor!! Highly recommend ✨
