Picked up my new car yesterday finishing off an all-round excellent experience from 1st contact (via Autotrader) to driving home. No offence intended to any car salesmen but Van is not your media portrayed stereotypical one! Not a hint of sales patter, no pressure whatsoever, patient with my endless questions, really friendly and made the whole negotiating process unusually pleasant.I was happy with the deal we agreed and even happier when I saw the car for real which actually looked better than the photos and description promised. The 200 mile drive back home with a big smiley face said it all.All their cars looked to be in fantastic condition so, if you're looking for something new, don't hesitate to give these guys a try, I doubt you'll regret it.Thanks again Van (and to Danny too, who prepared the car brilliantly and was also happy to spend as much time as I needed checking the technical stuff out).

Decided to shop locally for a quality car and came across Hartlepool motor company.Found a really nice Jaguar F Pace and loved it from the word go, Van the dealer offered me the keys to look round it, was left to it with absolutely no hard sell whatsoever.Brought my wife to see the car and test drove it, both loved it.Van really does take pride in his work and will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with every aspect of the sale.This was by far, the smoothest transition from one car to another and we can’t thank you enough Van.

Top quality service from Van and Darren at HMC. Very courteous on the phone, never rushed or hurried along and picked me up from the airport, bought me a cup of tea and drove me an hour to the dealership.Gave me plenty of time to inspect the car and was a very enjoyable experience. From the first phone call with Danny and then further calls with Van, the service at Hartlepool Motor Company was fantastic. Following a 3 hour drive I was very pleased to see that my new car looked even better in real life than on the photos. Van let me take my time looking around the car and also taking it out for a drive by myself - no salesman style pressure at all. Danny was also very helpful explaining some of the car features to me.
