Easy to use, plenty of machines, excellent service from the person in charge, she is very helpful and has all the coins you need. I was able to use 3 in parallel. They have small, medium and large. Same for the dryers. And across the street a great bakery and coffee to have a better wait.

I needed to do some laundry while traveling. The staff was friendly and helpful. They take cash only but can make change for you, it's right on the tram line so fairly easy to get to.

A nice little place to do your laundry vs at the hotel which is very expensive, there was a small little learning curve concerning the machines but once you saw the rest of the people do the same procedures, all fell into place. Also to note there is no way to accept debit or credit cards, all is in cash. The machines take single pound currency. Change is available at the reception.

Excellent laundrette with 10 washers and 10 driers. All machines take £1 coins. £7 for small washers £9 medium and £14 large. Driers are £1 per 8mins, they dry very fast. Change available at reception counter. No debit or credit card accepted. Laundry detergent and softener available and tennis balls for driers. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Only downside is the machines can play up and leak due to the door seals needing maintenance. But this is nothing of an issue. Will defiantly be back.

Casey was very rude. Please check your CCTV. We entered at approximately 7:45pm close to closing time. She immediately was strung out that we were trying to use the services. To match energy with her, I quickly asked where are the dryers" "where are the dryers"

No Credit/Debit card provision!)(NB: Last wash loads of the day must be started 1 hour before closing.)— Busy Laundrette, briskly professional staff, who keep their eyes on machines and prevent stalled progress of three sizes of coin-operated washing machines, priced at £7, £9, £14. Change & washing powder available. Usually I can start a wash as soon as I arrive though I've never had to wait long to use the machine size I wanted. Though note there are only two of the larger (£14) machine's that can take large loads, & double duvets. Staff will also take service washes in, small hand-written notices at the counter list prices. (Large font typed price lists would be a blessing.) There may be a queue for the dryers when it's very busy as some clients arrive just to use the dryers. Once started the machines LED read outs give running minutes so there's opportunity to nip briefly to local shops & supermarkets for errands.Visited Oct, Nov, Dec 2022 Jan Apr 2023

Kept clean and monitored the entire time. I went late morning on a Tuesday and it stayed busy the entire time. I did 2 loads, using 1 large and 1 regular washer to do a larger suitcase full of clothes. It cost me over £30 to wash and dry. Lady running had change available and was kind and polite. Several machines were Out of Order and she kept running her ordered service loads despite people waiting to use. Clean Laundry baskets available for patrons and a small seating area. Would use again as it’s within walking distance from my hotel. Takes cash only. No contactless.

Really useful service, quick and easy. Lovely lady running the place who's ever so helpful and absolutely wonderful to talk to! Change is available from the counter and so is laundry powder for a cheap price of 40p a scoop. Absolutely advise using this place!

(American perspective on doing laundry while on vacation) Small laundry mat, but it serves the purpose it was intended for. There is no bathroom to use while you wait. We were given change (coins) to use for the washer and dryers. There was product left over in the soap dispenser area of the washing machine which I wasn’t too thrilled about since I didn’t know what kind of soap/softener it was or how long it had been there. The clothes coming out of the washer were very rung out which saves on drying time. The lady at the desk was nice. There are baskets available to use for you to switch laundry from washer to dryer.
