Beautiful shop and Hannah and Gemma are super friendly, both making you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the building. I loved going there for my piercings and I've already booked in for some tattoos!

Been going here for years. Used to be in Halesowen called bodyart and now here in lye. Great conversations while you have excellent tattoos at outstanding price's. They always try to fit you in on the day and times that suit you best. Very clean and tidy. You can take your own pictures/art to be tattooed or ask her to Taylor your tattoo you want in a unique way. Great artist and never disappoints. Best to book as they are busy but they will always try to fit you in ASAP. Music while you get tattooed and you can ask for certain music to be played too. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy coming to crystal late for my tattoos, i always have a great time talking with Hannah and she does an amazing job every time. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone that is thinking of getting a tattoo. I’ve been going to her for years and i will continue to do so in the future too.

I absolutely love Han and Gemma and I can't rate them or Crystal Lake Tattoo enough lovely venue, very welcoming, clean and reasonable pricing.If your looking for a tattooist who can do anything Han is your girl but if it's piercings you want get at Gemma!

Absolutely fabulous , first time here it certainly won't be the last , Hannah was wonderful to talk to , put me at ease (my first tattoo!!) And us a truly remarkable award winning artist . She deserves all the success in the world and I can't thank her enough . Highly recommended , 5 stars just isn't enough .

Have been having my piercings done by Gemma for a while now, and I just have to say she’s the best piercer I’ve had. She’ll let you change the piercing position as much as you want and really takes her time to make sure the piercings are even.I’ve also been having my tattoo’s done by Han since I was 18 and have to say I couldn’t be happier with what I’ve had. She’s so lovely and you always have a laugh.The studio is just overall a lovely, chill, and welcoming place to go. Lovely people and an amazing atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

I usually don't review places I've visited, but I have to recommend this place.Not only is Hana the kindest person I think I've ever met, her skills are incomparable compared to other artists I've worked with. If you're looking for a chill session with plenty of friendly banter, gentle queries to ask your health and a wonderful understanding of every customer's background, this is certainly the place to go.I've never been happier with the work she did and I will definitely be coming back for more in the future. If only I could give 6 stars~
