Very disappointing visit. This was the second day of going there and both days very little available. When this opened we were confidently told by the staff that the food would always be hot, the food we bought was cold, the indoor seating area was closed off. The toilets were dirty and no toilet paper. Staff were socialising outside when we arrived, when being served we found the staff to be very abrupt and unhelpful, it felt like it was being run for the benefit of the staff not the customer. This is such a shame we had high hopes when this opened as we frequently travel this route. We won’t be returning

Large Greggs store with a drive-thru and a good sized car park directly outside. Popped in here to buy a baguette and drink meal deal.I was hoping for the chicken baguette, but this was not on the shelf - just an empty space. A member of staff just so happened to be stocking up the fridge. I asked if they had any more chicken ones and she kindly went out back and made me one fresh. Great service.

The concept for this store is quite interesting. Simple. But will.take a while to understand the ordering system. Try the hotdog bun!

Food good, it’s a Greggs.Staff that served me good.It was just before closing time I went it. Shame when the staff had gone home they hadn’t emptied the outside bins so they were overflowing. Surely part of locking up routine should be emptying the bins? As it was just inviting wildlife and left debris around the place

Love a Gregg's? love a drive thru? Then this is the Gregg's for you!This Gregg's is clean, fresh and modern in side. One of the best Gregg's in the world. The drive-through is a lovely add on which elavats the store because there is only a dozen of Gregg's drive-through.

Staff are always friendly, food good and so is the coffee. The single bad point, they still have the plastic COVID screens on the counter, and trying to hear the staff, or them taking your order can be a nightmare, especially when busy as you can't hear each other. Can these be taken down finally??

Greg's at Solstice services. Not impressed. There were empty tables but had not been cleaned covered in food debris so couldn't sit. Everywhere was dirty including the toilets. Was not busy so no reason to be left in this state. Normally love Greg's but not this one.
