I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Ryan at Time in Windsor. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and there is no question that I will be going back to Time and also recommending it to anyone I know who needs a watch repair. These days, people of the professional and personable level of Ryan, are very hard to find and Time stand out a mile from the rest - congratulations to them for running such a great little business which offers the highest level of customer service!

Took my watch into Time Watch Repair in Windsor today and cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. I realised that the one I was wearing the second hand was jumping too so left them both to have batteries replaced. They were cleaned and ready within half an hour. Excellent service at a great price. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

I went to Time watch repair after a friend of mine praised their work and recommended them to me. I had a Cartier watch that was losing time and as soon as I started speaking with the staff I was very happy with the level of knowledge they had about their work and was amazing to know that all the work would be done on site. To my surprise they even polished my watch and it was looking as fine as the first time I had bought the watch. Highly recommend them and definitely would bring all my watches to them as I'm a regular from now on. Keep up the good work, cheers.

Im normally hesitant on these smaller places with more expensive watches but had a victorinox battery replaced, sealed and strap done all in a few hours. Price was good too and service was faultless. Definitely recommend and will bring other watches here soon.

Been really impressed by Time in Windsor. Very reasonably priced and great service. They have changed the battery in my Victorinox and are currently servicing my Omega. Looking forward to receiving it back good as new!
