Had everything we needed and a whole lot more

Great to get everything for your pets plus unusual gifts and lovely cards.

First visit today, and we were so impressed. We only went in for a drinking bottle for our guinea pig, but couldn't resist buying a bandana and a banana with a face for the dog too! Great selection for pets :)

Not the cheapest but certainly very well stocked for everything to do with pets. Friendly staff too. And you can park right outside (unlike the other slightly cheaper shop in Swaffham).

Have been here a couple times and products are good but very pricey. My dogs enjoy walking around and sniffing the treats and choosing what they want.Unfortunately our last visit where we spent over £70 for my dogs birthday, the woman serving was very rude and made us feel like we were a hindrance. She asked us if we had a bag, when we replied “no”, she shrugged and didn’t offer us one or suggest we unload our basket at the car. For £70, we had bought quite a lot of stuff. She huffed and puffed whilst scanning our products and rushed through serving us resulting in her almost over charging us - had I not mentioned anything. She slammed the card machine on the table when I asked to pay by card, she begrudgingly gave me my receipt and before I had to chance to scoop up my items, she called the next customer forward - who thankfully waited patiently for me to grab my things. She was a more experienced colleague with short dark hair and a very stand-of ish demeanour.It’s such a shame because, as said before, we did enjoy coming to the store as it’s close to where we live but unfortunately we won’t be back.I can only suggest that perhaps retail isn’t the right place for her.

On a long weekend in Norfolk and my dog pulled one of his claws clean out of his back foot, went to Mutleys and they had some dog boots that worked a treat, it meant my dog could still go for walks while we were away without dirt/sand getting in the foot, he was happily running around with it on.It was a Saturday morning and the lady behind the counter was very helpful.I picked up the last medium boot they had in stock, but please Mutleys keep stocking things like this as in an emergency people need them there and then.
