Usually go to clockface but called in here today. Empty shelves everywhere and the woman that served us didn't even speak 1 word apart from the amount. Chatted away throughout on the headphone laughing etc. Not even a hello or goodbye. Donna I'm afraid your customer service skills are very poor!

Brilliant supermarket, cheap & clean. Pay with cash or card. Wheelchair friendly entrance, staff are helpful & the place is usually well stocked.

Customer service appauling! cashiers would rather talk about their holidays etc to other members of staff through their head pieces while they are serving customers, this happens in most Aldi stores, very ignorant!!!!

Plenty of choice of everything. Reasonable prices. Self service check out quicker, although I don't really like them. Helpful staff.

Prices keep going up, but labels on shelves are often out of date (quick to put the price up but slow to reflect the latest price on the shelf).Got ripped off with a supposed 30% off on a pack of salad due up same day, discovered when l got home that the cellophane had a small tear in it so was not fit for sale, and the guy at the checkout couldn't be bothered to apply the reduction. Will certainly be avoiding his till next time.
