I took my eldely uncle to Ace domestic he wanted to purchase a reconditioned washer which was easy for him to use we were seen by John who was very knowledgeable and gave him a good price on a creda it was delivered on a date and time when it suited my uncle all fitted the old one taken away as well.i just want to thank John for his care and support he gave my uncle when he delivered it that day you went beyond being helpful highly recommended

Moved house, left integrated white goods. Didn’t want to go to a super store, difficult to shop in these times so just gave Michelle my dimensions and budget and the rest was done. Great choice of product, very competitively priced, delivered and fitted - slight hiccup at my end so the team went that extra mile. I can’t thank Michelle and her family business enough for the excellent service and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Brilliant. Oven element and bulb not working. Bloke came to have a look, fixed it within half hour and on his way. Nice guy too, very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone. First time I've used them and very impressed.

I am very disappointed that the engineer did not keep the appointment that was made to attend to my two appliances today,especially as I telephoned this afternoon & was told that he would be coming on his way home.Ace Domestics was highly recommended but I was left waiting without even the courtesy of a telephone call to say that they would not becoming.Not a good way to conduct business.Now I have to find another engineer after waiting a week for them not to turn up,I just hope I can get my oven fixed before Christmas.

Absolutely brilliant service, lovely friendly man came and fitted my new washer, and took away the old one - delivery time changed at the last minute but they were totally fine and happy to deliver it the next day, Saturday morning. Independent local business, would much rather send my money their way than some massive corporate (who probably don't pay their taxes). Cannot recommend highly enough!

They have been in this business a long time and as such have a wealth of information they can provide you, particularly with your choice of equipment.With times being hard they may be able to help you with a reconditioned machine.However, you need to check there opening times as they no longer open on a Saturday.
