I have worked alongside Rob for many years and have always seen him go above and beyond to support clients. I referred a client previously who was struggling to maintain their tenancy and had been threatened with eviction. ISW services achieved a sensational outcome in regards to the persons housing and also supported the landlord with training opportunities, so that they could provide more customer focused housing. The support at ISW services is second to none.

Absolutely fantastic service from Rob, This guy knows what hes doing!!. I have been challenging the council for 7 years to get my elderly mother rehoused. In the space of 2 months Rob has managed to secure her a lovely flat in her ideal location. Rob was available to text/email and talk whenever needed, nothing was too much trouble. I wish I had found this company sooner. They are 2nd to none and would highly recommend Rob to anyone needing support when challenging any organisation or decisions. Rob is knowledgeable and passionate about his work and will definitely use him again if i need too.
