I needed a prom type dress taken in and shortened for my daughter. The customer service from Alex was second to none. Lucy who adjusted the dress advised me it needed to be sent away as the hem needed to be done elsewhere. She assured me it would be ready be back in store in time to complete the alterations. It was done perfectly. Lucy was so helpful, very professional and friendly. You could not tell abyakterations had been made. I will absolutely be using this Timpsons again. Cannot express enough how happy I have been with the service from both of them. Alex does quotes of the week on the board, he really is an employee to be proud of. Funny, friendly, professional very helpful. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but they well and truly deserve my praise and thanks.

The customer service at Timpson Witham is second to none! Alex and Heza are forever happy to help a lending hand! Nothing is too much for them to do and they always have a solution be it with dry cleaning , the passport photos name it they are just awesome!

Great service, but at a price. I had some tailoring on a pair of suit pants as the waist was too large and they did a fantastic job!! Very friendly staff too always offering service with a pleasant smile and engaging small talk.

I needed to print off a selection of pictures and printed products, like some mugs, place mats etc as gifts using photos from my phone. Alex was so helpful as I had no idea what I was doing.

Managed to snap my only key to my house and called into timpsons, desperate to have it repaired. Alex was so kind and said he would do his best but it was a difficult to key to cut. He gave us the free copy and wished us luck. And it worked, cannot thank him enough !
