We had a visit/inspection from Matt today in Halstead (10/08/23) . What an absolute asset he is to the company, so polite, kind & helpful. Our first time meeting him but we felt reassured that he would be there to help us if we need him.

They sold me an apparently state of the art wireless system which has caused nothing but problems. They then have the cheek to charge me close to 500 pounds for each Engineer visits when clearly the system does not work well. Now they are threatening me with bailiffs for my refusal to pay. It is Impossible to get hold of anyone in any position to resolve this matter. I want a full refund!
