Although we didn’t end up using JW due to finding a more local firm, they were extremely helpful and understanding of our unusual circumstances regarding Help to Buy loan repayment, even going as far as to accept the work despite not covering our area as part of their day-to-day operations. They were also kind enough to recommend a solicitor as part of the process. Their service was prompt, courteous and informative.

I was recommended Julian Wilkins Chartered Surveyors and am very pleased with the service I received, which was excellent and very efficient.The surveyor rang me in the afternoon after the survey that morning and gave me a verbal debrief on her findings, highlighting the main issues. The report was then emailed to me two days later. This was detailed and easy to understand.The service provided was good value for money.
