Whoever drives the van for this company needs his license taken away. Witnessed them cut up another driver, break check them and then get out the van in the middle of the road. If their work is anything like their driving then steer well clear of this lot.

The closing mechanism that was demonstrated during the sales pitch had a convenient button-operated hinge, promising easy interior cleaning.3. **Delayed Installation:**Unfortunately, the installation process exceeded the promised deadline, leaving us waiting for longer than expected.4. **Unfulfilled Promise and Unexpected Cost:**Smith Glass Ltd assured us that any hinge-related issues would be addressed promptly. However, when no one came to fix the hinges as agreed, I contacted them and was informed that I would need to pay around 400 pounds for the hinge replacement. This unexpected cost caught me off guard and left me feeling frustrated.5. **Conclusion:**In the end, I find myself in a situation where the promised features are not present, the installation was delayed, and I'm facing an additional cost that was never mentioned before

Can’t give lower than one star.Awful workmanship, left a multitude of problems that I need to rectify after they left, and then refused to honour the terms of their contract by not replacing units within the warranty period. The best reason being that maybe I hadn’t washed the windows enough!

Lovely work very happy fitters are very good snd cleaned up after themselves
