Amazing staff, clean rooms what more can you ask for.The receptionist was super enthusiastic and sounded like she really cared for her customers. She explained everything, including information about parking and was super cheerful.The rooms were tidy and clean as usual. No complaints!

Great City Centre location. Rooms are new and modern, just like the pictures.Rooms had everything needed for a short low budget stay. Would definitely stay again.Both the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is just amazing!It’s located perfectly at the centre: A 15 minute walk from the station, 10 minute walk from the centre, and a 15 minute train ride away from the Cardiff Bay.It’s spotlessly clean and the amenities are just right.But the real winner is the staff: They are polite, cordial, and very informative. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with your stay. I requested a hair dryer at the reception and they provided it immediately. I asked for lunch recommendations and directions to the Mermaid Quay, and the amazing staff could not have been of more help.I’ll be back here on my next visit to Cardiff, that’s for sure!

A wonderful, modern and clean hotel in the centre of Cardiff perfect for those who want to stay somewhere local whilst exploring the sights. We were greeted by a fantastic receptionist named Connor who went above and beyond for our group and we couldn’t thank him more! Very grateful for his help. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Great budget accommodation. Entire place clean and modern. Staff always helpful. Just one advisory, rooms are very basic. Not even a chair or table or kettle. Lovely comfy bed, big TV and great shower made up for it.

This is a great budget friendly hotel in a central location. Clean room and wonderful customer services. There was a very friendly and helpful lady who supported me during her day& night shift. Connor at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Great service overall

Second time we have stayed here.Nice hotel for the price, small rooms but perfect for a night or two. Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly.Only downside is the glass toilet door, and no, it’s not soundproof.

Good location for a short stay, 1 day.Stayed 3 days and it was OK.Very friendly and helpful staff, lady called Aneta was great.Avoid coffee machine, coffee very weak but staff happy to help.Free Internet, not too slow.Rooms clean, missing kettle and usual amenities.

Booked this because we needed a bed to crash into after a gig at the great hall.The hotel provides the basics but does so in a great way.The beds were comfy, the shower and toilet clean. Everything we needed for just a night.The staff is absolutely excellent, super helpful and kind.I highly recommend this hotel!
