Steve has serviced our caravan for the past couple of years and always provides first class service and advice. In addition, he provides the option of a mobile service which is of real benefit as our caravan has been serviced at our storage facility. He is extremely thorough and even identified a problem we were unaware of which has since been rectified under the warranty. We would have no hesitation in recommending his professional service to other caravanners.

Steve serviced my recently bought caravan after last owner recommended him so highly. Steve was punctual and very knowledgeable about his job. He was happy for me to watch and ask questions and he took the time to go through all my caravans functions. Been a caravan novice, he definitely helped me understand some of the basics. I had an issue with my charging device which Steve was able to send away and get fixed and refitted all in time for my first trip away. I couldn't recommend Steve enough, my caravans already booked in for next year. Honest, reliable and knowledge. First class job.

Excellent service - online booking followed up by phone calls from Steve, who kept in touch regularly prior to the service date, as bad weather affected his ability to do the job on the original planned date. On the due date he arrived on time, did an excellent job, and recommended a couple of repairs which we subsequently had done. We have booked Steve again for this year, and highly recommend him to other van owners who prefer servicing to be done at home.

Highly Recommended!We had our caravan serviced by Steve today, He arrived promptly and Started to check the Van over straight away.Steve informed me that my propane gas hose was out of date and starting to crack,he gave me the option of supplying and fitting a new one at a very reasonable price. (saving me a trip to the local dealer)Steve also adjusted the clearance on our motor mover completely free of charge.I was so impressed by his attention to detail and professionalism that I booked next years service there and then.

Steve serviced our caravan in September and as always he did a 1st class job. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he is friendly, approachable and most important of all, extremely professional and competent. He has serviced our caravan for about 4-5 years now and we wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.Explaining we were considering a new caravan, we asked if he could briefly give us some advice. Despite having finished the service, he spent another 20-30 minutes answering questions, in what was then eating into his time. We've had some extremely shoddy experiences recently with cowboy caravan dealers and its so refreshing to be able to give a business a perfect score these days. 100% well deserved though to Steve and his business, I thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

We had our caravan serviced yesterday and as always Steve was fantastic. We left Steve to it and when we went back to the storage yard he told us in very great detail exactly what he had carried out, as well as showing us the parts he had replaced. I have used Steve Wood to service my campervan initially and now my caravan since 2013. I can't recommend him and Northumbria Mobile Caravan Services highly enough. Steve is a total professional in his approach to his job and takes time to explain what and why he is doing things. You can relax in the knowledge that he will explain everything he is doing and why. I have absolute confidence in him.He is trustworthy, friendly, very reliable and a genuine person.

Brilliant service. Steve picked up on some issues that my previous provider had missed. He's very thorough and takes you through the report (explaining without patronising) so you understand it all. Also I trust him as he points things out, advises and gives an estimate of how much issues will cost to fix and how urgent (or not) those issues are. I feel more confident in my caravan now when heading out and about.

An absolutely outstanding service from a caring ,professional and very knowledgable operative . Steve spent time talking me through various options for a problem with the electrics in my caravan which ultimately solved my problem without the need for a visit . He was prepared to try and fit me in for a visit at very short notice to try and help me out . I’m down in the area from Glasgow as my wife has just had a double lung transplant in the Freeman hospital and I was stressed re the caravan issue . Thanks to Steve tge stress was removed . I can genuinely recommend this company without reservation . I am so grateful for the support I recieved .( and in my case he wouldn’t take any payment but I am going to contribute £25 to charity) .. thanks Steve .
