Really, really poor - plumber turned up over 4 hours late and shut down the boiler due to some irregular readings… 5 days later we were still without hot water and absolutely no sign of this issue being solved. I rang 7 times for an update and every single time I was given a lame excuse blaming the supplier or that the issue is somebody else’s responsibility and that i will get a call back that evening (7 times I’ve been told they’ll call me back - I have not been called back once!…)FYI - I called another plumber this afternoon and he was round and fixed the problem within 2 hours…Hugely unprofessional and horrendous customer service from start to finish

Home Cure plumbers did an excellent job, they was fast and professional and carried out a very tidy job. Highly recommend!. Top guys too, 10/10 Thanks again!!!!

Our regular plumber was unavailable so after having Homecure recommended to me, I decided to give them a go. Initially I was impressed with the speedy and polite service on the phone. Prices quoted were a bit steep but as it was an emergency call-out with replacement parts it didn't seem unreasonable, so I went ahead with the repair.Unfortunately, less than a week later, everything broke down again. Our usual plumber came out and it was immediately obvious to them that the replacement parts were incredibly cheap and second hand, and the repairs they told me were carried out were actually just bodge jobs. Incredibly disappointing, especially after being recommended so highly. I will not be risking using Homecure again.

I have been using Homecure for years now, they are always professional and helpful. They were quick to respond to an emergency with some plumbing issues when I moved into my new house and I always use them for my boiler services and maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

Engineer they sent out tried to charge us £900 for a repair and two new parts in our boiler. We were surprised with this cost so sought a second opinion from a different company. The other engineer repaired the boiler for just £50 and the callout fee. It was clear that the engineer from Homecure was trying to rip us off for a repair that we didn't need!

We had a new boiler fitted, lovely polite engineer, very tidy and at a very competitive price. 5* would highly recommend. Thank you

Had Harvinder visit this week to fix a leak under the sink. Great workmanship! Showed before and after pictures, in and out, no fuss!Lady in the office really helpful and friendly too.

Avoid.We called these plumbers out to fix our underfloor heating. They came up with a fixed price for the work which, though it sounded expensive I foolishly agreed to without asking for a break down of the costs. They replaced some parts and got the controls working but the heating still didn't work.I had my doubts and checked the cost of the parts they ordered. Unless their rate was £200+ an hour there was no way the cost of the job could add up to what they quoted even including the initial call out fee.I lost trust in them, didn't ask them to come back, and finished the job myself. I was worried they'd charge us even more. Also what was left to do was so basic it almost looked like they'd left the job unfinished so they'd have to come back.I asked them for an itemised invoice. I had every intention of paying their bill, but wanted some reassurance that I wasn't being ripped off. Instead I got a phone call one night from someone accusing me of causing a fuss to try and reduce my bill. At no point did I ask for a discount, I just questioned their work, their quote and wanted an itemised bill.I have paid them, because I stupidly agreed to their fixed quote at the outset. If you choose to use them, make sure you get a detailed quote before agreeing to anything. However, I don't trust this company and suggest you don't either.
