Endless trails. Very quiet. Muddy on the horse trails. Toilets open which is always a bonus on a long walk.

A lovely area for a peaceful woodland walk. There are plenty of marked trails to follow of various distances. There is an abundance of flora n fauna in the area.Well worth a visit no matter how long you intend to stay.

Yet again this is a beautiful place to walk and the lodge doese amazing food from a sandwich to dinner at great prices please park in the park free carpark and not be tempted to park at the lodge the carpark at the lodge is £1 per hour very reasonable you might say but its privately owned by what I can only describe as thugs I went 11 minutes over my time and was ordered to pay£100 I first refused to pay but they made me feel threatened and intimidated but all that said it is a amazing walk ,
