Pretty poor service. My wife went to get a key cut at a cost of £9, the key was cut but when my wife got home the key would not fit. I looked at the cut key to the original and could see that it was not the same. My wife went back down and had it re-cut but again the cut key did not work. So again my wife went back down and had it recut again, my wife was thinking 3rd time lucky. The girl behind the counter said if this does not work then we will refund your money and you will need to go into butter market to get it done. Wife came home we tried the key and woe and behold the key still did not work. So again my wife went down to Timpsons in Asda and the girl that had seen my wife on 3 occasions said cannot give you a refund as you dont have the receipt. The girl was sat on the floor on her phone whilst talking to my wife and there was a bloke sat on the chair behind the counter telling the girl dirty jokes.What a disgrace these are to this company.I would recommend that an area manager if you have one, go and visit this site to monitor this girl and the people that she has behind the counter.Shambles

Wonderfully run, John served us and was amazing with product knowledge and quick turn around for repairs on a car key and very a important pair of shoes. Keep up the amazing g work- will come again :)

Absolutely disgusting lack of service. You actually have to have a member of staff in the Timpsons store to actually do any business. I went to get keys cut around 1 o'clock today but Timpsons was closed and there was no one in sight. I went into ASDA to do some shopping and came back to Timpsons about an hour later. Still closed and empty. When I asked at security I was told the staff member was still in the Cafe. Complete waste of my time, never coming back now. Totally useless!

I have always used Timpsons for keys but my experience with your branch at ASDA hereford means it is highly unlikely I will ever use your services again. This is my third visit to the kiosk after having six keys cut and every visit has been disappointing with a complete lack or customer service, professionalism or any care towards the customer or brand. Of the six keys I had cut four of them have been wrong. The first two i saw as soon as I left the kiosk, the new keys were the wrong way round compared to the original. I have just left after the third visit and I am appalled by the attitude. Firstly despite the working hours being 9 till 6 the door was closed at 5.30 and I was told I couldn't come in as they were doing the banking and had to wait! 10 minutes later I informed the person behind the counter that two more of the keys don't work. They huff off to the key rack, have a look and advise me that they don't have the keys I need in stock which are for a simple yale padlock. They then proceed to cut two keys and inform me they might work but if they don't I will have to go to Sainsburys or morrisons and get more cut. I realise that sometimes companies run out of stock but at least apologise, no sorry that the keys didn't work or the lack of stock, it just felt like I was inconveniencing them and shouldn't be turning up half an hour before they close! Let's hope these keys work as I don't want to have to go back to Timpsons ...
