Tipton Dental Practice

I tried to enquire if taking new patients lady at reception was rude not willing. Sure the NHS pay there wages through new customers. Any way awful service worst she was the manager. Never ring them again.

Just started my clear aligner treatment at this practice to straighten my teeth and the dentist was great! He explained everything in detail and was very patient and understanding. Will definitely be recommending him to others who want their teeth straightened.

Don’t waste your time with this dental practice. The receptionist was lovely and surprisingly appointments available quite soon which I now understand why. After first check up appointment I was sent home with tooth paste prescription and told to come back for another check up. The young dentist didn’t not even do full check up as I know all my fillings and he actually only recorded half of them. Mistook large feeling for a crown which I straight away found concerning. In the end he told me he cannot do any of my teeth because each one needs to be referred specialist who will do it private for about £1000 each (his words). So basically he doesn’t want to do anything so he offers to send me private for small filling. Absolute joke. Have been treated by few NHS dentists over the years and not once have a I been told that I need to be referred private to have my filling changed as it’s chipped off a little bit. He was too busy chatting up the assistant. Absolute joke of a dentist. Stay away.

I've just come back from here from an emergency all staff was polite they spotted an infection which the big Cradley heath dentist missed! Shame these guys don't do sedation as I'd definitely come here for it.Young Asian dentist and blonde nurse was brilliant can't fault it really.Thank you

Was on a boating holiday with the family when i got a bad tooth infection. After trying the Bupa practice nearby and getting a very poor response from them I was directed to the Tipton Dental practice.Everyone was super helpful and sympathetic to my troubles and after filling in a few forms and covering a few questions I was in to the see the dentist and diagnosed super quickly.Could not recommend them more.

Receptionist was lovely, dentist however was brusk, did a only a very cursory examination before declaring an extraction was necessary and did absolutely nothing to calm or explain the process. Queried it several times, eventually obtained a referral to the large practice in Cradely.Through no fault of its own, its situated in a horrible area, every other shop is closed and I had to check twice to ensure this one was open as it looks as run down and battered as the other shops and shows no light outside. This does nothing to set me at ease!I would of course still use the place for emergency treatment, but that would be the only reason in my mind

Absolute shambles of a practice, my advice would be to avoid at all costs and use one of their other branches or find a different oractice entirely
