Dazzling Decor Weddings and Events

I have contacted Dazzling for few simple decorations for my wedding. I had a lovely meeting with Vicky, left very happy about it.Since then, she completely disappeared.I have tried to contact via phone, email and whatsapp; never received a reply two months after. I was shocked by the rudeness of such behaviour and incredibly disappointed.

No response despite multiple calls, emails and staff promises of call backs. Were they busy or could they nor be bothered, who knows. I was told by someone on one call that the boss's is terrible for calling people back so it seems the staff are up to speed. This was over a period of weeks and eventually became so close to the event that I gave up on them. 10/10 for not giving one BTW, good job.

I would 100% recommend Dazzling Décor! From start to finish the service was amazing! Vicki is very helpful and friendly! Great communication throughout the booking process. Amazing price for my package. I only saw the décor when I arrived on my wedding day and I couldn't believe what a fantastic job they did. From the balloons to the centre pieces to the uplighters and saches it all matched my colour scheme. It was spot on! So thank you so much for making my day stress free!

This is a review for the Party Emporium which is connected directly to Dazzling Decor. When you Google The Party Emporium it gives you directions but says Dazzling Decor.Just a heads up incase you get confused like me!Both shops are great. Lots of selection and I especially like their selection of foil balloons which they will inflate with helium as part of the listed price.Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Dazzling Decor did the decorations for my Parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Hydro Hotel in Eastbourne last weekend. They did a wonderful job, we were all really happy with result. The Wedgwood room looked beautiful with the balloons, chair covers & sashes and the table chargers.Vicki was easy to communicate with and the pricing was very reasonable.I would definitely recommend them and I’d use them again in the future. Thanks ladies!

The team at Dazzling decor did an excellent job for our wedding. They arrived early and slaved away to setup the venue and tables. They have a great selection and were friendly throughout the weeks leading up to our wedding and we were so happy with how the decorations looked on the day (particularly their Mr and Mrs balloons). For the service the price was excellent!

If i could give more than 5 stars I ABSOLUTELY would.Vicky is absolutely amazing and completely made my wedding!I had met with Vicky and discussed the plans and even popped in to see her last minute to discuss sash colours for my chivari chairs (which were beautiful). She was so welcoming and bent over backwards to accommodate us and our every wish on our wedding day.She arrived at my venue the day before the wedding to start setting up and my now husband decided with less than 24 hours to go he wanted to add another 40 lanterns.Vicky agreed straight away and slaved away for a further few hours to make sure the room was exactly how we wanted it. The morning of our wedding the room looked absolutely amazing and even brought me to tears.Vicky, her mum and partner absolutely could not have done enough for us and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now for any party/decor needs.The team honestly are amazing!!

We are visiting Seaford and my friends are having a 50th wedding anniversary, while away. Instead of packing all decorations. We decided to get everything here. And dazzling decor couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend anyone to come to this lovely store. Thank you for all you did ❤️

As you can see there’s not much helium going on in my ‘helium balloons’.My partner had purchased these for me on the 6th of June as a surprise for my birthday which is on the 9th of June. He has kept them hidden away as to not ruin the surprise, and has gone back to them today 2DAYS LATER to put out in decoration for my birthday, to find them in this absolutely disgraceful state. I could get more height on the balloon by blowing it up myself if I’m perfectly honestly.Any other place helium balloons would last a minimum of 1 week if not a lot longer. So to have them for 2 days and them turn into foil again is shocking.Would not recommend purchasing from here, especially seen as he had decided to shop local and go to a small business that he thought he could trust, and have it fail on him. Honestly a disgrace.*edit, the owners took no blame and in the comment below have tried to spin every comment on myself and my partner. Only offered a replacement if faulty on purchase, nothing else, tried to argue with me over Facebook on my birthday rather than just replying to pop in and have a chat. And then tried to patronise me about how experienced she Is, hence why I stated I didn’t want her career history just a solution*

I went into the shop in Seaford to see if they had spiderman party bits, plates, cups etc as was struggling to get them online. They didnt have anything on the shelves and the person I needed to speak to had just popped out so I left my phone number and she called me straight away. I told her what I needed and she ordered it for me and contacted me as soon as it came and even did me a deal! Cant recommend enough for any party needs, really helpful.
