PixLocks Locksmiths Hull

Very happy to post a 5 star review for PixLocks. After our front door lock broke we needed a locksmith urgently. We called PixLocks and they arrived promptly. Both the service and price were excellent. So good that we had them back two days later for another job. It can be a minefield finding good tradesmen but rest assured PixLocks are a company that i will use again and am more then happy to recommend to friends and family.

Locks changed promptly and efficiently also door mechanisms serviced, excellent security advise given all for a very reasonable fee. I am very happy with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend Pixlocks to everyone I know who requires a polite, efficient and very skilled locksmith. I would definitely use again.

This has to of been the best service I have received. I contacted Pixlocks and Guy was ready to come out straight away at the best time to suit us.We had a broken lock and could not use our front door. The service was done to high standard, clearly understanding the exact cause and how to resolve it. Guy was very professional and arrived as he said he would, no waiting around and his personal manner is exceptional.Pixlocks were also very good on pricing and I would recommend them to anyone.

After a useless builder had left us with a patio door that wouldn't lock, I called Pixlocks in the hope of getting the door re-aligned. They were at my house the same day, at a time convenient to me, and had everything sorted in under an hour. Absolutely faultless service, and a lovely bloke to boot. If ever I need a locksmith in the future I will, without a doubt, use them again.

Upon buying our new house we needed the door and window locks replacing, Guy was there promptly the day we got the keys and did a fantastic job.He has since had to come and replace a couple of faulty window locks which were replaced under the warranty and was absolutely no hassle. He even fixed our UPVC door which was sticking.I will use Guy in the future and would recommend him to anyone he is professional, friendly and his prices are very competitive.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. I couldn't lock my back door so called Guy and he came over almost immediately to take a look and make it secure. He came back the next morning to fix it properly after ordering the right mechanism which needed replacing. He also adjusted the door itself so the problem wouldn't repeat itself any time soon. Gave me a recommendation for a glazing company too because we're planning to renovate. He said he'd taken the details from another customer for himself because he was so impressed with hers. Bonus! Would recommend.

Called Pixlocks on Saturday afternoon after my tenants called to say the front door lock had broken. Pixlocks attended within the hour and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. They dealt direct with the tenants to arrange access and were very professional. I have saved the number and will definitely be using them again. Thank you for excellent service.

Called Pixlocks as a key was jammed in a lock. Attended within 20 minutes and worked to provide a solution, not simply renewing everything. The property was secured by a temporary lock whilst the mechanism was taken away to restore to working order. Only a new part of the lock was needed & the mechanism was repaired within 24 hours at no extra cost. Fantastic service and brilliant to have someone who was in it to provide the best service and not just how much he could make out of it.

After a quick ring round I decided to go with PixLocks as they were the best reviewed locksmith company in Hull and had the most competitive price. They managed to get to my flat within 20 minutes which was a relief as it was late in the evening. The quality of the work was outstanding and to top it off Guy was extremely personable and friendly even though I had dragged him out of bed. He put a top quality lock on my front door and as the door was a bit faulty he offered to come back in the morning, fix the fault and put a better lock on free of charge which he did. All in all from start to finish this was an A+ job. I would highly recommend PixLocks and will get them back for any future jobs. It's often very hard to find a service that ticks all the boxes but this was certainly one!
