I want to give a shout out for my delivery men. Phil and James of Shrewsbury store kept me in the loop on the day of my delivery ringing me to let me know when they would be with me. They were very careful in transferring my suite from the van to my living room and went above and beyond staying well past the end of their working day to make sure the furniture was in position as I wanted ( moving it to where I was happy) putting the feet on and genuinely being very accommodating. Very happy with the service I received.

Fabulous service from start to finish. No pressure great deal offered to us without having to ask and our suite arrived earlier than anticipated but there was no problem holding it for us while we waited to sell our old one. The lads who arrived called 15 mins beforehand and they were absolutely fantastic. I can not fault this service and a lot could be learnt from this company. Thank you so much we shall be back !

Amazing experience! Me and my partner went here in January looking for a new sofa. We began chatting to a lovely chap who later we found out was one of the directors who mainly works on advertising and marketing. He’s the main reason we then came back and decided to buy our sofa here as he was genuinely so nice and helpful. All the furniture is so lovely too.Since then everyone we were in contact with were so nice and helpful. We were kept up to date throughout the wait for our sofa right up to the delivery. The delivery drivers could not of been any nicer. So friendly and considerate with constantly taking off their shoes or putting covers over them. The whole company were fantastic.Our sofa and chair are such good quality too and even better than we remembered. I will always now recommend this place to everyone and will always use it in the future.A very happy customer!

Just had the delivery of our 3x3 seater sofa & a single sofa including a footstool.. Fantastic delivery team! Phil, Will and Owen were very efficient, courteous and professional.. as an added bonus, they cleaned up after themselves which is not a given these days.
