Please Avoid! Save yourself alot of time and money. My other half brought a car and within two days the engine light was on, we contacted V12 who sent us to a garage for diagnostics. They said it was sorted and we went on our way within a few more days the light was back on and it wouldn't turn on. Again contacted V12 and it was taken back to the garage, who then stated V12 would not pay for all the work and we had to put money towards it. Since getting the car back its been problem after problem and the engine light remains on. We have now taken it to a specialst at our own cost as V12 and the fiance company said there was no evidence anything was wrong. The specialist has said there is approximately £5,000 worth of work needs to be done. I would like to add that they stated this car had been approved by the AA and my partner has only done 200 miles in this car and hasnt driven it since.They don't want to know once the money has been paid and if you get a good car from them it's only luck.

I highly recommend Alex from the sales team.- really professional- explained everything in detail- the whole process went smoothly- collected the car same day- i really appreciated the professionalism & calm as we had plenty of questions and got the answer really clear & promptly- please see Alex for a really nice experience.To be honest, i had a better experience here compared to BMW showroom staff, only thanks to Alex

Absolutely atrocious company! Please stay well away.Purchased a car in January only for a fault to develop within a couple of days! They then forced me from pillar to post trying to get them a diagnostic they would except. Finally agreed that they would have the car back less mileage costs even though I’ve consistently tried to send the car back since January. They had the car back two weeks ago and told me I would have my refund by the end of play on Monday, no such luck. I’ve been on hold for an hour at a time until the call cuts off never being answered, this has happened several times over the last two days. Sales won’t help because it’s the wrong department! I’ve sent numerous emails and they are being ignored! It’s unbelievable.As I said leave them well alone!

My car I purchased from V12 had a major engine issue within a couple of months of purchase. Multiple diagnostic reports from different mechanics have both stated that these issues were either present or developing, at the point of sale. V12 are WELL aware of this and are still denying responsibility >6months later. This has left me with no choice but to involve the ombudsman and not to mention the stress and anxiety I have been feeling over all this time. V12 have a clear disregard for consumer rights law and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. This also happened to a close friend who had bought a car so god knows who else has had similar issues with them.

Excellent customer service, communication was great when I wanted to buy the car. I bought a car and was able to drive away the same day....however, better hope nothing goes wrong because getting hold of the after sales team is almost impossible, once you drive away, you can't get hold of them by phone and nobody replies to your emails
